UPDATE 10:40 - Access to all Oxford hosted services has now been restored, however customers should consider these to remain "at risk" while work continues. Please contact support if still experiencing issues.

10/06/2015 - We are currently experiencing supply issues at our Osney Lane POP, which are affecting services hosted from our Oxford datacentre. Engineers are currently on site and we expect resolution shortly. Any services not hosted in Oxford, including those at our London datacentre are unaffected by this issue. We will provide further updates here as we have them. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
